The first nights rent without tax will be due at time of booking for each reservation made. This is a non-refundable reservation deposit.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file if a check or money order payment has not been received 31 day prior to the arrival date.
Full payment is due at time of booking for reservations made 0- 30 in advance.
Cancelations made more than 30 days before arrival will forfeit reservation deposit (first night).
Cancelations made 0-30 days forfeit full rental.
A $25 returned check fee will be charged and the reservation will be canceled if we receive a bad check for reservation payments.
You are responsible for and may be charged for any damage, theft or loss caused by you or your guests.
Pets are not allowed. There is $250 fine per day for anyone caught violating this policy.
All units have a maximum occupancy of 6 adults, children are not included. There is a $200 fine per day for anyone caught violating this policy.
All units and all common areas are non-smoking.
Check out time is 10:00 AM. There is an additional charge for a late check out.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No glass in the pool area.
No refunds for early departure.
Late check-in: Please notify the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. Office hours may vary.
The resort will allow a maximum of two vehicles, or one vehicle with a small trailer per condo. All vehicles and trailers must be small enough to be parked within a single spot and not have a greater total height of 8’ 10”.
We do not have parking available for oversized vehicles or trailers. Please call ahead for information about parking oversized vehicles.
The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same size and occupancy as the unit confirmed above. While we will do everything in our power to keep you in the unit you reserved, sometimes unexpected maintenance issues can arise.
